About the Role

This role is pivotal in managing and growing relationships with key clients across Japan, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention, renewals, and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with the company's solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including research, technical sales, and customer success to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Energy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in the energy, consulting, or data analytics sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver commercial results.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, global environment.
