They are seeking a dynamic and visionary Architecture Business Leader to join their executive team and drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and design innovation.

Position Overview

As the Architecture Business Leader, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and business performance of the architecture practice. You will work closely with the executive team to shape the firm's vision, lead high-impact projects, cultivate client relationships, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture practice with a focus on design excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and profitability.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop senior staff and emerging leaders within the firm.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and public forums.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Licensure required
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in an architecture or design firm.
  • Proven track record of business development and operational leadership.
  • Strong portfolio of built work across multiple sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of architectural trends, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
