We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, large-scale mechanical systems for some of the world's most advanced digital infrastructure.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of mission-critical mechanical systems for hyperscale data centers. You'll work alongside experienced project executives and technical experts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all phases of mechanical construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Support procurement of major equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and QA/QC procedures.
- Participate in client and coordination meetings
