Assistant Superintendent
A well-established local general contractor with a strong reputation in commercial construction is expanding into data center projects and is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to grow with them.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations on ground-up builds
- Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and daily site activities
- Helping drive schedule, safety, and quality standards on site
- Supporting MEP coordination as the business takes on more data center work
- Running inspections, punch lists, and daily reports
- Keeping communication tight between the field and project management
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in commercial construction, ideally as an Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer
- Data center or mission critical exposure is a plus, but not required
- Experience on ground-up commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects
- A good working knowledge of MEP scopes and coordination
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Based locally with the ability to work on regional projects
