Audio Visual Account Executive

Position: Account Executive - Audio Visual (A/V) Solutions
Location: Remote (Based in New York/ New Jersey)

A fast-growing technology integration company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to drive sales of commercial Audio Visual (A/V) solutions. This fully remote role is ideal for a motivated professional based in the New York City area, with a strong background in enterprise A/V systems and a passion for building client relationships.

The Account Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and delivering tailored A/V solutions across sectors such as corporate, education, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the NY region

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, general contractors, architects, and consultants

  • Work closely with the pre-sales and engineering teams to develop custom A/V solutions

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations

  • Develop account plans, forecasts, and sales reports

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies

  • Represent the company at industry events, virtual meetings, and client briefings

Preferred Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in the commercial A/V or technology integration industry

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Strong knowledge of A/V systems including unified communications, digital signage, video walls, conference room technologies, and control systems

  • Familiarity with key industry manufacturers such as Crestron, QSC, Shure, Extron, Logitech, Cisco, Poly, etc.

  • Experience selling into verticals such as corporate offices, higher education, finance, and healthcare is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Based in the New York metro area or surrounding areas.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms

  • AVIXA CTS certification a plus but not required

Work Environment:

  • Remote position based in New York

  • Occasional in-person client meetings and site visits within the region

  • Competitive base salary + commission + benefits
