Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead aviation-focused architectural projects within a dynamic and collaborative design environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, imaginative, and thrives on exploring innovative solutions to complex design challenges.

This role involves overseeing large-scale and/or technically complex projects from inception to completion. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of project delivery-administrative, technical, and client-facing-to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans to guide project success and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and scopes-both for the client and internal teams.
  • Lead project communications, documentation, and team coordination.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates for small to mid-sized projects.
  • Ensure efficient execution of all project phases, integrating quality control measures throughout.
  • Assign and manage tasks across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support project and team success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 4 years of proven success in managing architectural projects.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Revit and other design tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership on complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Strong team management and coordination capabilities.
  • Professional licensure (RA, RID, or PE) is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the field is a plus.
