About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS Technician to join our team in Connecticut. In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems across commercial and industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission BMS hardware and software
Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades
Diagnose and resolve system faults and performance issues
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and facility managers
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
Proven experience with BMS systems (e.g., Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls)
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Connecticut
Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
