A dynamic and rapidly expanding building consulting firm is seeking a motivated and skilled Mid-Level Building Envelope Consultant to join its team. This position offers a clear path for professional growth and advancement, with a focus on both new construction and existing building projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation on building envelope systems for both new construction and existing buildings.
- Manage and support project execution, including assessments, reporting, and implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Conduct site visits and field investigations; regional travel required to support project needs.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and internal knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred) or Architecture.
- Actively pursuing or recently obtained EIT (Engineer-in-Training) designation or architectural licensure (or on the path to licensure).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and interest in mentorship.
- Passion for building science, sustainability, and the built environment.
