Key Responsibilities:
You'll oversee all phases of Existing Building Envelope Projects, including:
- Architectural assessment and design
- Preparing construction documents
- Managing bidding processes
- Providing construction administration
- Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and oversee execution.
