We are seeking an experienced engineer with expertise in Building Enclosure Technology and Structural Engineering to join our team. This role involves working across multiple market sectors, delivering high-quality engineering solutions for institutional, commercial, and large-scale residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of materials, systems, and restoration techniques, combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of building envelopes and structural systems.
- Conduct capital assessments, city ordinance evaluations, and compliance reviews.
- Design and oversee repairs for concrete, masonry, roofing, curtain walls, and cladding systems.
- Provide structural analysis and design for restoration and strengthening projects.
- Lead forensic investigations and support testing to identify root causes of failures.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for remedial and waterproofing solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and facilities managers to ensure project success.
- Utilize progressive technology and innovative methods to deliver long-term solutions.
