What You Will Do
* Lead building envelope projects from assessment to design to restoration oversight
* Investigate leaks, moisture intrusion, roofing failures, and storm-related damage
* Develop repair and restoration strategies for roofing, waterproofing, and exterior wall systems
* Perform field testing using ASTM standards and other established protocols
* Produce clear, concise reports that communicate findings and recommendations to clients
What We're Looking For
Relevant Backgrounds
Building envelope consulting, roofing diagnostics, exterior restoration, moisture intrusion investigation, or similar experience.
Technical Expertise
Roofing systems, waterproofing, exterior wall assemblies, and building envelope testing knowledge.
Preferred Credentials
RRO, RRC, REWC, or other industry certifications.
Tools & Skills
Comfort with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and ASTM testing protocols. Familiarity with construction technology platforms is a plus.
Professional Strengths
Strong communication, client-facing presence, organized project management, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
