Role: Building Envelope Consultant
You'll manage small to medium-sized projects, including new designs and repairs for existing structures. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, client interaction, and hands-on fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff with design, site investigations, and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve building envelope issues.
- Provide design consultation and construction support.
- Conduct field testing for roofing, waterproofing, windows, and curtain walls.
- Design remedial repairs for walls, roofs, and other systems.
- Mentor junior staff and review plans/specifications.
- Support litigation cases related to building systems.
- Participate in construction administration phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) license.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in computer graphics and documentation.
- Bonus experience: curtain wall design, historic preservation, rope access, public speaking.
- Ability to travel and work at heights; valid driver's license preferred.
Salary - $105,000-$130,000
