A leading multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm in Georgia is seeking an experienced Building Enclosure Project Manager Lead to help expand and guide their growing Building Enclosure practice. About the Role

The Building Enclosure Project Manager will oversee a variety of enclosure‑related projects, from investigation and assessment to design, testing, and construction-phase support. This leader will serve as the primary client contact, mentor junior team members, and play an active role in shaping the future growth of the enclosure practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage building enclosure projects across all phases, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the main client liaison, providing proactive communication and long-term relationship management.
  • Deliver technical guidance related to roofing, waterproofing, façade systems, fenestration, and overall enclosure performance.
  • Prepare scopes, budgets, proposals, and schedules; ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and other consultants.
  • Provide mentoring, leadership, and oversight to developing professionals.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the enclosure practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in building enclosure consulting, engineering, architecture, or similar.
  • Strong project management background with proven ability to handle multiple complex projects.
  • Deep knowledge of enclosure systems, building science, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset.
  • Professional licensure or certifications (PE, RA, RRC, RRO, BECxP, CxA+BE) highly preferred but not required.
