About the Role
We are looking for a commercially minded Business Controller to join a multinational industrial manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in balancing strategic risk-taking with safeguarding the company's interests, while driving financial performance and supporting business integration across multiple functions.
You will work closely with the Country Manager as a trusted business partner, providing insights and solutions that enable growth and operational excellence. This position oversees Finance, IT, and Customer Service, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Country Manager and HR, supporting decision-making and business planning.
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance while identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Oversee Finance, IT, and Customer Service functions during ongoing business integration.
- Provide commercial insights to balance risk-taking with company interests.
- Support internal audits and implement best practices for financial control.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English
