本ポジションは、全国規模のエネルギー管理および需給制御システムにおけるアーキテクチャの整合性とエンジニアリング統括を担うシニア技術リーダーです。
グローバル製品チーム、日本の電力会社、プロジェクトマネジメントチームの間に立ち、プロジェクトの円滑な遂行を推進します。
本ポジションは、実務的なアーキテクチャ設計と戦略的な統括を兼ね備え、堅牢で安全かつ長期運用に適したシステムの実現を担います。
3) Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture across EMS, MMS, SCADA, and system integration domains
- EMS、MMS、SCADAおよびシステム統合領域におけるエンドツーエンドのアーキテクチャを主導
- Establish and govern engineering standards across design, integration, testing, and commissioning phases
- 設計、統合、テスト、試運転に至るまでのエンジニアリング標準を策定・管理
- Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex cross-domain integration challenges
- 技術的意思決定をリードし、複数領域にまたがる複雑な統合課題を解決
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements, product roadmaps, and delivery objectives
- 顧客要件、製品ロードマップ、プロジェクト目標の整合性を確保
- Act as a senior technical interface with Japanese utility clients and stakeholders
- 日本の電力会社および関係者に対するシニア技術窓口として対応
- Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and technical governance forums
- アーキテクチャレビューやワークショップ、技術ガバナンス会議を主導
- Oversee system integration testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning readiness
- システム統合テスト、FAT、SAT、および試運転準備を統括
- Embed cybersecurity, reliability, and resilience into all engineering decisions
- すべてのエンジニアリング判断においてサイバーセキュリティ、信頼性、レジリエンスを組み込む
- Mentor local engineering teams and develop long-term technical capability in Japan
- 日本国内のエンジニアチームを育成し、中長期的な技術力向上を推進
4) Requirements
4）応募要件
- 15+ years of experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles
- システムエンジニアリング、ソリューションアーキテクチャ、技術リーダーシップにおける15年以上の経験
- Strong background in power systems, utilities, or mission-critical infrastructure
- 電力システム、公共インフラ、またはミッションクリティカル分野での豊富な経験
- Proven expertise in EMS, MMS, SCADA, or similar grid control technologies
- EMS、MMS、SCADA等のグリッド制御技術に関する専門知識
- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder system integration programs
- 大規模かつ複数ステークホルダーが関与するシステム統合プロジェクトの経験
- Strong understanding of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity principles
- IT/OT統合およびサイバーセキュリティに関する深い理解
- Fluency in English and business-level Japanese (native preferred)
- 英語およびビジネスレベルの日本語能力（ネイティブレベル歓迎）
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- 優れたステークホルダーマネジメントおよびコミュニケーション能力
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 工学、コンピュータサイエンス等の学士号（修士号歓迎）
