Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Lead projects from initial planning through design, permitting, and construction
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentorship to engineering staff
  • Prepare proposals and support business development efforts
  • Maintain and grow client relationships
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication
  • Support invoicing, financial tracking, and project profitability
  • Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and industry events

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in site design, including:

    • Commercial
    • Retail
    • Industrial
    • Residential (multi-family)
    • Hospitality or mixed-use developments
  • At least 2 years of experience in a project management or leadership role

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic modeling software

  • Strong understanding of U.S.-based design standards and permitting processes
