About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of new municipal office buildings and law enforcement facilities in either Greenwood or Columbia, SC. This is a high-impact role supporting city officials and public safety infrastructure-ideal for a leader who thrives in civic-focused construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with city officials, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial or government construction
- Proven success managing public sector or civic facility projects
- Strong knowledge of permitting, procurement, and compliance
- PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
