Are you a hands‑on commissioning professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for advanced maritime systems? We are seeking a Commissioning Lead who can take full responsibility for commissioning activities on newly built offshore vessels at partner shipyards in Vietnam or India.

Responsibilities
As Commissioning Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities for all onboard technical systems. You will act as the key on‑site representative, overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all systems are tested, verified, and delivered safely and according to plan.
You will:
- Serve as the organization's technical representative at overseas shipyards.
- Review and interpret technical specifications, inspection/test plans, engineering drawings, manuals, and test documentation.
- Develop comprehensive commissioning plans in collaboration with project planning teams.
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate commissioning activities carried out by vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure commissioning is completed in line with customer requirements, quality standards, specifications, and schedule expectations.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in marine engineering, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with offshore vessels or other complex maritime assets is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willing to undertake extended periods of international travel.
