The Commissioning Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading commissioning services for MEP systems on new construction and existing buildings.
- Acting as an independent advocate for owners throughout design, construction, and closeout.
- Performing design reviews, site visits, system evaluations, and functional testing.
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client communication.
The Commissioning Project Manager should have the following:
- 10+ years of commissioning experience with an engineering or construction-related degree, or 15+ years of MEP construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working across project teams
- Ability to travel regionally for project site visits.
