The Senior Commissioning Specialist will be responsible for:
- Leading commissioning projects of all sizes from design review through functional testing
- Managing project schedules, teams, and client relationships to ensure successful outcomes
- Developing and executing building commissioning and retro-commissioning plans
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams
- Supporting marketing efforts and fostering long-term client partnerships
The Senior Commissioning Specialist should have the following:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in commissioning, MEP design, and construction administration
- Commissioning Certification (ACG CxA or equivalent) required; Professional Engineer and LEED accreditation preferred
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel extensively (more than 50%)
- Strong technical skills, including familiarity with relevant software and systems
