Construction Manager - Northern California
Salary Range: $148,000 - $165,000

What You'll Do:
As a Construction Manager, you'll oversee a variety of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects across Northern California. You'll manage contractors, lead inspection teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and construction activities
- Lead teams of inspectors and consultants across all project phases
- Ensure compliance with Greenbook, Caltrans, and local standards
- Coordinate with utility companies and municipalities
- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims
- Prepare detailed reports and attend status meetings
- Support proposal development and client engagement
- Resolve conflicts and ensure project documentation is complete and accurate
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in construction and project management
- Strong knowledge of public works standards and funding processes
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS Project
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- CA PE license, CCM, or PMP certification (preferred or ability to obtain)
