About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee substation construction projects within the utility sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex electrical infrastructure projects and ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of substation construction projects, from planning to commissioning.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Ensure adherence to utility regulations and environmental requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in utility construction, preferably with substation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure and utility standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
