Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Leadership: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and leading by example with employees and customers.
  • Business Planning & Review: Develop and execute annual business plans focused on sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement targeted actions.
  • Customer Success & Account Management: Drive strategies to improve sales and service performance, enhance customer retention, and achieve profitability targets. Lead business reviews and support marketing initiatives.
  • Large Team Leadership & People Development: Manage and inspire a diverse team of over 100 professionals. Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. Champion talent development and succession planning.
  • Business Development: Drive new business growth through prospecting, networking, and collaboration. Oversee proposals, negotiations, and deal closures to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Growth Mindset & Innovation: Promote continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation across the organization. Encourage experimentation and support professional development for all team members.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and delivering business results.
  • Experience managing and developing large teams across multiple locations or business units.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English and local language; willingness to travel extensively.
  • Strong growth mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
