What You'll Do
- Lead field survey operations for boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA projects
- Oversee daily field activities, ensuring accurate data collection and proper use of survey equipment
- Work closely with office staff, civil engineers, and project managers to deliver reliable, high-quality survey results
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and field coordination
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to survey technicians and field crew members
- Maintain organized field notes, documentation, and equipment logs
- Support senior surveyors and PLS staff with research, calculations, and preparations for plat and map development

- Experienced Survey Crew Chief with strong technical field skills
