必須経験
- 法人営業またはアカウントマネジメントの経験(目安5年以上)

A rapidly growing company providing cloud-based solutions in the decarbonization sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead its customer success organization. This role is directly connected to the company's business growth, driving product adoption, onboarding support, retention improvement, and product enhancement initiatives for client companies.
Responsibilities
- Manage a customer success team of approximately 10 members (development, evaluation, hiring, and goal-setting)
- Improve productivity through standardization and optimization of operational processes
- Support client onboarding and ongoing usage through online meetings
- Identify customer needs and provide structured feedback to internal product and development teams
- Lead initiatives to improve retention and promote deeper product adoption
Required Experience
- Experience in corporate sales or account management (approx. 5+ years)
- Team leadership or management experience
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or software-related roles
- Experience launching or improving customer success functions
