Role Summary
As an Investment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, structuring, and executing investments across greenfield data‑center developments and joint‑venture operating platforms. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with development, finance, commercial, and technical teams to ensure high‑quality investment decisions aligned with regional strategy.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong financial modelling, investment, or infrastructure‑deal experience - direct data‑center experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investment analysis, financial modelling, and commercial evaluation for greenfield data‑center projects and JV operating assets.
- Support due diligence processes across technical, commercial, regulatory, and operational domains.
- Develop investment papers and present recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
- Monitor performance of existing assets, JV structures, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with regional development teams to align capital strategy with deployment timelines.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as lenders, advisors, JV partners, and landowners.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in infrastructure investment, project finance, corporate development, private equity, or large‑scale capital projects.
- Strong financial modelling skills and experience evaluating capital‑intensive assets.
- Professional proficiency in English + Korean/Japanese (trilingual capability preferred).
- Background in infrastructure, power, utilities, telecom, logistics, renewables, or similar asset‑heavy industries.
- Ability to thrive in lean, fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
