About the Role: A local civil engineering firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join their dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is focused on land development projects within a leading civil engineering firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design, with a particular emphasis on land development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage design projects from concept through completion.
- Develop detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates for land development projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and team members.
