We are partnering with a leading AI-driven technology company to appoint a Director, Value Engineering and Advisory. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and technology.
The successful candidate will work closely with go-to-market teams and senior executives to shape compelling value narratives, build robust business cases, and demonstrate the measurable impact of enterprise technology solutions. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic deals and drive transformation at scale.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of value-based business cases that articulate ROI and strategic outcomes for enterprise clients.
- Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to drive conversations around business transformation, performance, and value realization.
- Translate complex technology solutions into clear, compelling value stories tied to financial and operational impact.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, financial modeling, and business impact analyses to support strategic engagements.
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to align market insights with long-term innovation.
- Contribute to thought leadership, market positioning, and deal shaping initiatives.
- Mentor and guide teams in delivering high-quality value assessments and strategic advisory work.
Who You Are
- 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or value engineering within leading tech firms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Palantir).
- Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) with a strong grasp of technology-led business transformation.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives independently.
- Deep expertise in financial analysis, business performance, and articulating economic value tied to P&L impact.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity into persuasive narratives.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to support regional engagements.
