The Role
We are seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale projects, ensuring excellence in execution, safety, and team coordination. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record in managing mission critical, healthcare, or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and field personnel
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Lead site logistics, quality control, and workforce planning
- Mentor and develop field teams to maintain high performance
- Drive project delivery from mobilization to closeout
Requirements
Extensive experience as a Superintendent on mission critical, healthcare, or industrial projects
Strong background in electrical construction
Proven ability to manage large field teams and complex project logistics
Familiarity with cradle-to-grave project delivery
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
