What You'll Do
As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of large, complex electrical projects from kickoff to close‑out. You'll lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and field coordination while ensuring every deliverable meets quality, budget, and safety expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all phases of assigned electrical construction projects
- Creating schedules, operational plans, and procurement strategies
- Leading material purchasing, vendor coordination, and subcontractor oversight
- Monitoring project progress and producing detailed status reports
- Ensuring compliance with company safety standards and OSHA requirements
- Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Driving accountability, professionalism, and excellence across the project lifecycle
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- 7+ years of proven electrical project management experience on large‑scale jobs
- Experience with electronic bidding and electrical estimating
- Strong field knowledge of electrical and general construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with electronic bidding tools (a plus)
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication, professional integrity, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to follow standardized processes and work independently when needed
