Working with my client to find a Senior Electrical Project Manager
This is an opportunity to lead complex electrical projects and make a real impact. What you'll be doing:
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, partnering with talented teams and stakeholders.
- Evaluate scope, explore alternatives, and develop smart construction strategies.
- Build and organize project teams, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
- Collaborate with superintendents and fabrication teams to explore prefabrication opportunities.
- Set clear objectives, policies, and performance standards that keep projects on track.
- Negotiate subcontracts, manage schedules, and keep budgets healthy.
- Solve problems before they become roadblocks and mentor other project managers.
What we're looking for:
- A degree in engineering or construction science (or equivalent experience).
- OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- 10+ years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage change orders effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
