Engineering Project Manager
A leading California civil firm is looking for a project manager to grow their Southern California presence. In this role, you will be supported by a team of up to six (6) designers and junior engineers on Site Development projects throughout California.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage a design team of up to six professionals
- Plan, organize, and oversee project activities including scope, budget, and schedule
- Review and supervise technical aspects of civil engineering work
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, run meetings, and maintain project documentation
- Oversee the production of plans, specifications, estimates, and technical reports
- Ensure quality control and compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Prepare grading, stormwater management, and utility plans
- Perform calculations for grades, earthwork, and material quantities
- Maintain and grow client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in land development design, including 5+ years in a project management role
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utility design, and stormwater management
- Familiarity with code compliance and design standards
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
