Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Success Solutions Manager to join the UAE team and take ownership of promoting, positioning, and delivering the company's ESG reporting and software solutions. This role is central to the regional launch of their ESG platform and will involve engaging directly with clients, presenting value propositions, and driving adoption of both footprint services and SaaS products.
You will act as the face of the service-educating clients, consulting with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless commercial engagement. This is a high-impact role suited to a resilient, motivated sales professional with a passion for ESG and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company as the primary ambassador for its ESG reporting solutions across the UAE.
- Educate, advise, and guide clients through ESG reporting needs, carbon footprint analysis, and the value of SaaS-based sustainability tools.
- Manage the full commercial engagement cycle-client outreach, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Promote both ESG consulting services and SaaS products, ensuring clients understand their benefits and applications.
- Build strong relationships with clients across the Middle East and identify new opportunities for market expansion.
- Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding and ensure a seamless user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, product-focused roles, or solution-based selling.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability fundamentals, and Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
- Confident sales approach-able to drive conversations, build trust, and close deals.
- Resilient, persuasive, and professional.
- Arabic language skills preferred; experience working within the Middle East is a strong advantage.
- Passion for ESG and sustainability, with the motivation to help clients adopt meaningful environmental solutions.
