Key Responsibilities

  • Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for infrastructure, commercial, and environmental projects
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Support business development efforts through client engagement and proposal development
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
  • PE license (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in geotechnical design and project management
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
