The Role

As the Senior Client Growth Director, you'll take ownership of some of the organisation's most strategically important technology-sector accounts. This is a North America-wide remit with the freedom to operate from any location where the organisation has an established presence.

You'll set the strategic direction, deepen senior-level relationships, cultivate new opportunities, and position the company as a trusted, indispensable partner to some of the biggest names in the tech world.

This role reports directly to the North American Sector Leader.


What You'll Lead

Account Strategy & Growth

  • Build robust multi-year account strategies aligned to the organisation's broader goals.
  • Translate strategy into actionable, measurable account plans.
  • Track industry trends, client shifts, and emerging opportunities in the technology landscape.
  • Drive aggressive growth in bookings, margin, and client value.

Client Development & Engagement

  • Act as the senior relationship champion across major accounts.
  • Partner with delivery, operations, and solutions teams to bring best-in-class expertise to clients.
  • Guide bid/no-bid decisions and contribute to major pursuit strategy.
  • Shape compelling value propositions and champion client experience excellence.
  • Manage pipelines, proposals, deal shaping, and commercial narratives.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and nurture a high-performing account team culture rooted in trust, ambition, and accountability.
  • Coach and mentor future client development talent.
  • Foster collaboration across business lines, unlocking cross-selling and higher-value engagement.

Thought Leadership

  • Bring insight, trend awareness, and forward-thinking perspectives to both clients and internal teams.
  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns that elevate visibility and opportunity.
