A well-established heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage infrastructure projects throughout Northern Virginia, from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil projects including earthwork, underground utilities, stormwater, sewer, and roadway work
- Oversee budgets, schedules, cost controls, and change management
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, agencies, and inspectors
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience
- Strong knowledge of excavation, utilities, stormwater, and site development
- Experience with public works or DOT projects preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
