Heavy Civil Superintendent - Southeastern Pennsylvania
A well-established, employee-owned heavy civil contractor is seeking experienced Superintendents to lead field operations on infrastructure projects across NJ, Southeastern PA, and DE. This role involves managing crews, subcontractors, and site activities with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate field crews and subcontractors
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Track productivity, costs, and project progress
- Manage site documentation and weekly safety reporting
- Respond to changing site conditions and challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel within 100 miles of Newtown, PA
