- Assist in negotiating financing documentation, including term sheets, facility agreements, and intercreditor arrangements; maintain detailed issues logs and track resolution of lender comments and open items.
- Lead coordination with Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), including preparation of submissions, management of ECA‑specific due diligence requirements, and monitoring of credit approval timelines.
- Prepare, maintain, and update lender‑facing materials such as information memoranda, management presentations, Q&A trackers, and financial model explanations.
- Own and manage the project finance model, ensuring robustness of assumptions, disciplined version control, and consistency across sponsor, investment committee, and lender cases.

- Prepare investment analysis and decision materials for internal investment committees, steering committees, and the Board, translating financial outputs into clear commercial insights.
- Monitor and update project economics as key project contracts (including turbine supply, foundations, cables, EPC/EPCI, O&M, and offtake) are negotiated and executed, flagging impacts on returns, debt capacity, and bankability.
- Review project contracts from a financing perspective, identifying risk allocation issues and ensuring alignment with lender requirements and financing structure.
- Support investment governance processes, including preparation of approval materials, document control, version management, and approval tracking.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across Investments, project delivery teams, and external advisors, managing timelines, dependencies, and execution risks.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Manager‑ and Executive‑level team members, particularly in financial modelling, analysis, and project finance execution.
Requirement:
- 6-10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, investment banking, or a related field; exposure to renewable energy or offshore wind transactions in Asia is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA, CFA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of project finance structures, financing documentation, and lender due diligence processes; experience with ECA‑backed financings is a plus.
- Advanced financial modelling capability, including project finance model build and maintenance, debt sculpting, DSCR analysis, and sensitivity testing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams under tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial and commercial matters to senior stakeholders and lenders.
- Proactive, collaborative, and execution‑driven, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional project environment.
