Overview:
A leading industrial construction and automation firm, licensed to perform electrical work in 24 states, is seeking two experienced Journeyman Electricians to join its growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for motivated professionals looking to advance their careers, with support available for those pursuing licensure in additional states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations and maintenance on industrial construction projects
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&ID diagrams
- Collaborate effectively within a team while contributing independently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Support system integration and automation efforts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Journeyman-level electrician with around 5 years of industrial experience
- Licensed in one or more states, or willing to pursue licensure (company support available)
- Highly qualified and capable of taking on increasing responsibility over time
- Open to younger candidates with strong foundational skills and growth potential
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Flexibility required for occasional work outside standard hours, especially during customer production downtimes
Travel & Overtime:
- Up to 45% travel depending on project locations
- Overtime and double-time available
