The Role

As a Junior Structural Engineer, you will play an integral role in the planning, analysis, and design of new construction projects. You'll work closely with senior engineers and project leads, developing your technical and project delivery skills on real‑world assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the structural analysis and design of buildings and other structures
  • Support the preparation of construction drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
  • Work on ground‑up new construction projects, gaining full‑cycle project exposure
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, geotechnical engineers, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and field observations when needed
  • Learn and apply industry codes, standards, and best practices

  • 2-5 years of professional experience

  • Interest in structural engineering for new construction
