The Dallas office is home to a collaborative group of engineers and planners, many of whom have built their careers within the firm. Known for its flat structure, flexible work culture, and deep client relationships, the firm offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects while growing professionally in a supportive environment.
The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role within the residential land development group. You'll be stepping into a team with a proven track record and a strong pipeline of active and upcoming projects across North Texas. The selected candidate will manage residential development projects from concept through construction, working alongside experienced peers and long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential land development projects from planning through construction.
- Coordinate with developers, municipalities, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
- Support strategic growth and operational excellence within the residential practice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
- 7+ years of experience in residential land development.
- Strong technical background in subdivision design, grading, drainage, and utility layout.
- Proven project management and client engagement skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for team leadership and mentorship.

- Salary: Up to $160K base, plus bi-annual performance bonus.
