Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations and performance of solar and BESS assets, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize energy production and storage capabilities.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate with technical teams to resolve system issues quickly.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, improve reliability, and enhance asset longevity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements for all operating projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or asset management within the energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV and BESS technologies, including system controls and grid integration.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with SCADA systems, performance monitoring platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of energy market dynamics and optimization strategies for renewable assets.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
