Job Title: Lead Transmission & Distribution Engineer

Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled Lead Transmission Line and Distribution Engineer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design of transmission lines and electric distribution systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design of transmission lines and distribution systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Design overhead and underground lines
- Participate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve system performance.
- Sign and stamp designs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in transmission line and distribution engineering.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PLS-CADD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
