Live Event Account Executive - Remote
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Live Event Account Executive to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the live events or experiential marketing industry and an existing book of business. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging your network to secure new business and manage client relationships from pitch to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing client base to generate new business opportunities in live events, brand activations, corporate experiences, and experiential marketing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and successful event delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, creative, and operations to develop compelling proposals and event solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee the full sales cycle.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the live events space.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities (virtually and in-person as needed).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in live event sales, experiential marketing, or related field.
- Must bring an active book of business with proven revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of event production, brand activations, and client service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
