- Designing complete mechanical and HVAC systems for a variety of building projects
- Evaluating existing conditions, conducting field surveys, and performing system assessments
- Preparing accurate drawings, specifications, and calculations using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborating with clients and project teams to define project scope, schedules, and budgets
- Performing code analysis and ensuring compliance with applicable building and mechanical codes

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 7 years of HVAC design experience within an architectural or engineering firm
