The Opportunity:
We are seeking a local MEP Manager with a strong background in data center construction to oversee large-scale hyperscale projects in the Dallas area. This is a high-impact role offering long-term growth, leadership opportunities, and the chance to work on some of the most technically advanced facilities in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of hyperscale data center construction projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, contractors, and design teams.
- Ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee commissioning and turnover processes.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of MEP construction experience specifically within data center environments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex MEP systems.
- Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure and commissioning processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Local to the Dallas area or willing to relocate.
