Mid Level Electrical Engineer
Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced electrical engineer to support the design and implementation of power systems for critical infrastructure projects. This role involves creating detailed electrical layouts, performing system calculations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a professional license, and experience working on complex projects in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop electrical system designs for large-scale facilities.
- Perform calculations for load, voltage drop, and short-circuit analysis.
- Prepare specifications for equipment and installation.
- Review technical documents and coordinate with project teams.
- Conduct field investigations and assist with system startup.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 6+ years of experience in electrical design and construction support.
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and related standards.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Compensation
Salary range: $96K-$140K, plus benefits and bonus opportunities.
