An established and respected engineering consultancy is seeking a dynamic Water/Wastewater Team Lead to drive the success of a high-performing group of engineers and technical specialists. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions that enhance communities and protect natural resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team focused on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Oversee project delivery across all phases-from planning and design to permitting and construction.
- Ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction across all engagements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development of team members.
- Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to achieve performance and delivery goals.
- Contribute to strategic growth through business development and proposal efforts.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
