  • Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with vendors, integrators, and client representatives.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and facility operations teams to resolve technical issues during startup.
  • Provide system orientation and operational training for building owners, operators, and maintenance staff.
  • Travel to project locations for field testing, troubleshooting, and system reviews.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, control logic, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Strong working knowledge of instrumentation, control panels, networking, and field commissioning practices.
  • Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under time‑sensitive project schedules.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with project teams and facility operators.
  • Willingness to travel for on‑site commissioning work.

Preferred

  • Background commissioning systems in airports, manufacturing plants, data centers, or commercial facilities.
  • Experience tuning loops, validating VFD operation, verifying safety sequences, or testing integrated building systems.

  • Experience supporting FAT/SAT, system cutovers, or integration testing.
  • Safety certifications such as OSHA‑10/30 are a plus.
