Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of engineering operations, drive excellence across multiple disciplines, and mentor the next generation of industry leaders. As a Practice Lead, you will manage high-performing teams, long-standing client relationships, and ensure alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Drive Financial Success: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis to support strategic objectives.
* Lead Talent Strategy: Manage hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and training programs to build a strong and engaged workforce.
* Empower Teams: Guide staff, monitor workload capacity, and foster a culture of collaboration.
* Shape Strategic Direction: Participate in corporate councils, lead operations meetings, and support firm-wide initiatives.
* Build Relationships: Maintain key client relationships, and establish new client relationships.
* Promote Culture and Innovation: Champion the firm's values, drive employee engagement, and support professional development.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related field (required).
* Master's degree preferred; PhD a plus for diagnostics specialization.
* Professional licensure (PE, SE, or AIA registration) required.
* 20+ years of industry experience, including extensive leadership and management roles.
* Proven expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, and team development.
* Strong communication, ethical leadership, and organizational skills.
